What We Do

Four services. One purpose:
to design the conditions in which real decisions get made.

01

Leadership Retreats

Two- and three-day retreats for senior teams. The right venue, a structured programme, and the facilitation that makes real decisions possible.

02

Team Events

Full-day events that change how teams relate to each other. Structured dialogue, shared experience, and connection that lasts beyond the day.

03

Strategy Workshops

Sessions that move from open brainstorming to aligned direction — designed to produce a framework participants will actually act on.

04

Forums

Multi-stakeholder gatherings built around a structured agenda — designed to produce consensus, direction, or a concrete deliverable before people leave the room.

In Practice

What we've done.

Leadership Retreats Château near Geneva

Twelve organisations. Four countries. One mandate.

Leaders of twelve mental health organisations convened for two days at a Château outside Geneva. The setting created the candour the agenda required. They left with a joint advocacy statement and a clear action plan.

Team Events Toronto, Ontario

Sixty people. Three practice groups. One firm.

A professional services firm needed three siloed practice groups to function as one. Strategy dialogue, an off-site afternoon, a shared dinner. Post-event engagement scores: the highest in three years.

Strategy Workshops Sonoma Valley, California

Twenty leaders. Three days. One framework.

Structured mornings, creative afternoons, evenings that kept the thinking alive. Twenty senior leaders arrived with divergent priorities and left with a shared strategic framework — and the alignment to act on it.

Forums National, Canada

Forty CEOs. One day. A sector position.

Three facilitated working sessions, one plenary roundtable, forty CEOs and directors. The forum produced a consensus policy statement that anchored the sector's federal advocacy strategy the following year.

The Resolute & Co Approach

Every meeting we design is built around three core elements.

01

Substance.

A concrete agenda and significant objectives. Every session is designed to produce something real — no talking for the sake of talking.

02

Space.

The right environment changes what becomes possible. Outside the usual workspace, people think differently and challenge more freely.

03

Connection.

Participants must be connected to each other and to the purpose of the event. A meeting is only as good as the conversation it generates.
