Every session needs a concrete agenda and genuine objectives. No talking for the sake of talking. No meeting that could have been an email. We build sessions around decisions that need to be made and outcomes that need to be reached.

The right environment changes what is possible. Away from the usual office, the usual dynamics, the usual constraints, people think differently. We specialise in finding and designing spaces — a Muskoka cottage, a winery, a camp — that give teams the room to explore.

Kel Currah
Kel Currah has spent 25 years designing meetings that matter. As a strategist and convener, he has planned and led events for some of the world's most demanding organisations — multi-day leadership forums for global foundations, high-stakes policy convenings with senior government officials, and cross-sector workshops spanning North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
In every setting, the challenge has been the same: bring the right people into the room, create the conditions for honest conversation, and leave with something that wasn't there before.
That discipline — rigorous design, sharp facilitation, a relentless focus on outcomes — is exactly what Resolute & Company brings to Canadian corporate clients.
